First Point of Contact | Legal & Client Liaison

Alex Belyakov seated at a table, holding a coffee mug labeled “Common Ground,” in a bright modern office.

Alex, Co-Founder

  • Dr. Nina’s LAT testimony turned the case. We were ready for anything, even to challenge mental health bias. The client was deemed CAT.

    Alex, Co-Founder

  • I know the SABS inside out. I’ve seen too many flawed IMEs. I’ll always stand up for our clients and make sure they get the care they deserve

    Inna, Director

  • Refer early. We need to document how the client feels now — so if things worsen before the IME, we can show clear deterioration.

    Nota Bene Team

  • Clients often minimize symptoms, but during our interview, insight starts to emerge. That’s the beginning of healing.

    Dr. Nina Belyakova

  • If a client denies symptoms, we don’t push. We just let them know they can come back when they’re ready

    Nota Bene Team

  • We’re here to support both your client and your case with clarity, evidence, and care that holds up.
